We enjoyed one week at this hotel. We have no complaints. There is no ice machine at this hotel but we were told that the hotel restaurant has ice during operation hours. We recommend that you book all of your tours at the front desk of this hotel. Guanajuato has very narrow sidewalks and steep streets and it is not ideal for disabled/handicapped people so keep this in mind before traveling. This property has an elevator BUT there are several stairs to get to it. We were told that they can open another access to elevator for disabled/handicapped people. The check-in was pleasant. Breakfast is also pleasant at this hotel. We will stay here again during our next visit.

The hotel was in a good spot, the only down side was no parking. I need to park my car in another place. Was a private lot, but overall the hotel was clean , nice , food was good and employees was very nice. Close to everything.

This hotel has everything we need! Cute Mexican architecture and layout, good service and excellent location! The beds are clean and comfortable. Me and all my family had a good night sleep. Make sure to check out the balcony, it is very cute !
