The staff was excellent thier professionalism was exceptional. The locatin is nice close to the central, but far enough alway to be quite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was the best we had in town. Cost was affordable.

Ayudaría mucho que pusieran empeño en la propiedad, mi estancia fue de 4 días y honestamente no regresaría, había cucarachas, no garantizan higiene y mi habitación el primer día después de la limpieza la dejaron abierta; reserve la doble junio con vista a la cd y la verdad no vale la pena.

Todo muy sucio! Intentaron cambiarme de habitación 4 veces, por que las sábanas y colchas estaban sucias, las fundas de las almohadas también. Una habitación tenía sangre, el protector de cama lleno de vómito, otro olía mucho a dedeté, por comentarios del personal por que fumigaron. Una lámpara vieja del baño hacía mucho ruido y no me dejaba dormir.

Muy mala Atencion, desde la Recepción está muy escondido y cuando llegas te asignan una habitación con camas King size que resulta que están en la parte más baja del Hotel y entonces pierdes primero la vista panorámica que te ofrece. No funciona. El Internet. No funciona su televisión. las toallas totalmente viejas ásperas en vez de ser blancas están grises , lis pañuelo de cara. En vez de ser kleenex. son toallitas de mano ásperas que realmente no es nada agradable , la atención del personal es mala, con poca experiencia , en la zona donde se ubica el hotel. No hay restaurantes cerca donde cenar y el restaurante del Hotel sólo funciona para desayunos, así que si llegas tarde, es una batalla para comer dentro de la zona, y pues más en el hotel ,estacioné mi coche y al día siguiente lo encontré con una abolladura en mi puerta. Me dieron un portazo con el coche vecino, y pues tampoco hay responsabilidad de plano un desastre, este hotel. Nada recomendable
