Worst hotel in Guanajuato. Tiny room, no tv, nothing. Not even an electrical outlet. The rooms are like a closet with a bed. The owner guy was rude and tried to charge me for the room when the room was paid by Orbitz. The pictures of the room are misleading. They are not actual rooms that you'll get. Stay away from this sxxthole. You've been warned.

The room was in good condition and the bed was confortable. The staff is also very nice. My only complain is the smell. The bathroom has a very bad smell (because of the sewer) that leaks into the room and it starts to become unbearable after the second day.

Lovely hotel near the centre

Really lovely hotel, the staff were nice and helpful, supportive as well to the needs of our grandmother who was travelling with us. It’s close to the historic centre and meant we could get around easily. Will stay again!
