Extremely run down. Had to ask for different room as the first one back door didn’t lock although they knew this they still give it to us. The 2nd room Ceiling paint was coming off and got on all our clothes on us if we were still In a particular spot. I don’t understand why Expedia has this hotel available on website. Very disappointing

Really bad experience, had to change rooms twice. First one was dirty and smelly. Second one got flooded. Rooms need some work done. Property is nice from outside only. I was expecting a really nice experience but turned the opposite. Requested my money back after my room got flooded and customer service was really bad, they didn’t help and they ignored me. Not recommended

I traveled with 7 girlfriends, booked 4 rooms for 1 night each room. All 4 rooms needed to be updated, first room the door knob didn't work. Second room, wood floor was in a very bad condition, toilet paper holder broken, several light switches loosen. Very old beds and linens. Old and noisy AC mini split unit.

The property has tremendous potential but the rooms need complete refurbishing. The lingering odor of sewage in the bathroom, the shower head is terrible. Screens are ripped. AC barely functional. One outlet for the entire room. Exposed wires limited breakfast no dinner option. Hard to find service at night

We had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. First off, the rooms are very dingy, they could use a lot of updating, which I think can be done without losing the integrity of the castle. The towels and bed sheets were stained and old. The bathroom sink and toilet kept backing up. There was no AC in our room. When I asked why the wifi wasn’t working, I was told by the receptionist that the internet doesn’t work in the bedrooms - not sure why that is?? And to top it off, the dining room tablecloths were very dirty as well. When I was given our bill for our breakfast, we were overcharged (not sure if intentional or not), so make sure you double check your bill if you do eat there.
