The room was very clean and was kept well by house cleaning throughout the week I stayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Guanajuato, impeccable service, clean rooms, great attention to detail, and very friendly staff who were always accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Guanajuato. Furthermore we were delighted with the breakfast.

Casa Virreyes has been or go to hotel for our visits to Guanajuato. It’s convenient to the downtown area and so walkable. I just recommend to have softer mattresses and newer towels. The mattress are hard to sleep on so you wake up with back pain for the first hours of your mornings.
