The staff are exceptional. Drove me to the bus station to sort out a payment issue with the bus company. Rooms are very clean and the rooftop access is a bonus. Tortilla shop across the street.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel in Guanajuato. My room was located right beside the front desk, and even late into the night there were constant phone ringing noises. I could barely sleep the entire night. There was also no hot water, so I was unable to take a shower. The next day, I discovered six bug bites on different parts of my body. More than 24 hours later, the bites are still red, swollen, and extremely itchy. There were no mosquitoes in the room, so I strongly suspect there may have been bed bugs. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Yes, it’s about 8 min to Kiss alley but on the way down. On the way up, it’s more like 15-20. It gets tiring. The property in general is ok. The people there were kind and helpful.

El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento y nos tardamos más de 1 hora en buscar donde dejar el auto. El cuarto no tiene ventilador, ni aire acondicionado y hacía calor y todo el tiempo existe mucho ruido y no se puede dormir además de que en la regadera solo salen 4 gotitas para bañarse. No lo recomiendo y busquen más opciones

La zona fue buena para poder llegar desde la central de autobuses, me gusto que la gente super amable y pudimos hacer el check-in super rapido, lo unico diferente es que la habitación de la foto fue distinta a la que reservamos y no tenia jabon para manos ni papel higienico y tuvimos que comprar. El precio es bueno y buena zona, tiene cosaa cerca como tiendas, alcohol y comida

Lugar muy limpio, personal muy amable, desayunos caseros cercanos, tiendas de abarrotes cercana. El único inconveniente es que hay mucho ruido con los perros de los vecinos, por lo que no se puede dejar la ventana abierta y se pone caliente el cuarto. No hay ventiladores y de repente se sofoca, sobre todo llegando de los paseos o recorridos.
