Beds were terrible, staff was rude. Had to go to front desk multiple times to reset the room key. When we arrived our room door was open. Requested another room. Was told no.

Check in quick and easy. Room was clean. Beds comfy. I'm not a fan of bathrooms that only have toilet and tub, while sink and mirror are outside in the room. There was a plant groeing out of our sink. Hallways needed a vacuum and were extremely hot. Front desk was friendly and helpful by providing extra towels. Breakfast included but was pretty bad. Cold coffee, very limited selection. This was definitely NOT good value for the price. I know its a budget hotel but I've stayed at way better. Would not recommend.

One word sums up our awful experience fleabag. Paint spots on old carpeting. We checked in noted the shabbiness and went to dinner. When we returned from dinner walking down the corridor the closet door was open revealing 10+ gallon jugs of Bed Bug spray. We gathered our suitcases and went to another hotel, forfeiting our 3 night payment at Park Inn. Raddison should be embarrased to be associated with this shabby place!

THE STAFF WAS GREAT, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE POOL WAS OPEN AND NICE. BUT AGAIN, JUST SOME SIMPLE EVERYDAY CLEANING AND PICKING UP CAN GET THIS PLACE TO WHERE IT WAS 10 YEARS AGO. THE DEST CLERK AT CHECK IN WAS VERY ACCOMDATING AND FRIENDLY

Have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was great, but now there are new owners and no maintenance is being done properly , house keeping dont even clean the rooms or restock supplies, towels and bath mats with hole in the thin material. The exhaust fan with no fan, and did I mention the hotel sign is a worn out sheet covering the original sign. such sad condition with only 10 guest at most the two nights we stayed. this hotel does not do the Radison name justice.

The building was a little run down and photos certainly made Park Inn look nicer. The bed was absolutely horrible unless you enjoy sleeping on springs and waking up with a sore body! Room was a little musty smelling, bathtub/shower was clogged and took awhile to drain while showering.

We checked in at 11:00 pm and were very tired and stood and waited for at least 10 minutes for someone to come. We were quite disappointed in the breakfast options, I wanted a bagel but there was nothing to put on it, no peanut butter, no cream cheese, no jelly, only butter! So I thought maybe yogurt? Nope, no yogurt. The one thing I did like is we were able to have a late check out, we ran a race that morning and were able to come back and shower

The property did not have an elevator but is two floors. The room was extremely dirty with ringing around the sink, pee on the toilet seat, and soap scum and rings around the tub.
