Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Vermittlungs Büro WSG in Neustadt ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! Ich glaube der Eigentümer der Wohnung, weiß nichts darüber. Die Miete der Wohnung knappe 400 Euro, zusätzliche Bearbeitungsgebühr 229€ !! Hier geht es offensichtlich nur um rein Kasse machen. Ein Fall für RTL ! 229 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr ohne eine richtige Rechnung oder eine komplette Abschluss Rechnung Die Aufforderung für die Gebühr kommt auch nicht mit der Buchung und Expedia Rechnung, sondern erst eine Woche vor dem Reisebeginn ! So kann man nicht mehr stornieren und ist gezwungen die Gebühr sowie die Kaution zu überweisen, wenn man die bereits bezahlten Reisekosten bei Expedia nicht verlieren will! Überall gibt es „Drohungen und Hinweise“ , dass man die Kaution einbehalten wird, wenn das und das und dies und dies nicht eingehalten wird ! Wir Fahren mehrmals im Jahr nach Grömitz, aber so ein Büro haben wir noch nie erlebt !! Deshalb absolut keine weiter Empfehlung !!!!
