Comfortable apartment for a maximum of 4 people in a modern residential complex built in 1997. In addition to a generously combined living / dining area, you can expect a modern fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher and microwave as well as a spacious bathroom. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. A flat screen TV (32 inches) is installed in the living room. Starting from the living room there is a balcony facing south / west. A parking space for your car is right in front of the house. For cozy evenings in the colder seasons we have a small collection of books and DVDs. An internet flat rate is also available (please bring your own computer). A high chair and a travel cot are in the apartment.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche, das Wetter war top, die Wohnung war prima mit Allem was man braucht! Auch das Auto hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz und für die Fahrräder gab es Abstellmöglichkeiten. Kleiner Minuspunkt waren die Möwen auf dem Balkon, nach ein, zwei Tagen hat man sich zwar daran gewöhnt, aber jeden morgen waren die Balkonmöbel vollgeschissen und wir trauten uns nicht die Balkontür auf zu lassen! Als Vorschlag, es wären vielleicht Klappmöbel sinnvoller und eine Fliegentür vor der Balkontür! Aber sonst waren wir rundum zufrieden!!! Immer wieder gerne! Grüsse C.und A. aus dem Münsterland

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Für zwei Personen genug Platz. Wir hatten alles was man braucht und es war eine ruhige Wohnung. Der weg zum Strand war ein guter Spaziergang. Die Einrichtung war sauber, wer jedoch mehr Luxus braucht ist fehl am Platz. Es gab kleine Mängel, die uns allerdings nicht störten. Danke für die angenehme Zeit

Sehr schöne Wohnung, leider etwas entfernt vom Strand und Promenade

Wohnung sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Am Anfang etwas Schwierigkeiten mit dem WLAN, da Kennwort in mehreren Scheibweisen angegeben wurde und dazu Router vom Strom genommen war. Die Wohnung liegt unterm Dach(3.Etage), für Gehbehinderte also nicht günstig. Das Gleiche gilt für den Weg zum Wasser und zur Promenade. Wohnung ansonsten empfehlungswert

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Im Wohnzimmer wäre es schön ,wenn statt Vorhänge an allen Fenstern Plissees wären .Es fehlt der Besen und der Staubsauger ,roch sehr stark ( Filterbeutel sollte auch einmal nach xxx gewechselt werden )

Erholung in Grömitz

Wie schon öfter, haben wir uns in Grömitz wieder gut erholt. Kann man als Urlaubdort nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Einzig, dass unsere Vormieter in der Wohnung geraucht haben, war nicht so angenehm. Sonst passt alles zum Inserat.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern für knapp eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Diese ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Ob es das kostenlose W-Lan ist, die zwei Fernseher, eine moderne und schöne Einrichtung, hier passt alles. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Min . zu Fuß. Das hat uns aber in keinster Weise gestört. Die Ferienwohung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir für 2016 gleich wieder gebucht haben. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war äußerst nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen und gepflegten Wohnung verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles pieksauber. Schöne Möbel, gute Matratzen, kostenlose Internetflatrate und eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Also alles perfekt.
