Do not stay! Only property I've ever checked out of! Communication on the run up to the stay was very poor, check in and property location instructions (including full address) arrived an hour before check in time. Upon arrival we saw the front of the property had overflowing bins and rubbish all over the front of the house. Going into the house, there was no flooring in the communal areas, only floorboards with gaps that had been painted white for some reason, therefore getting filthy from everyones feet. Getting into the apartment, the back of the toilet was hanging off, which I pushed back into place. The wifi wasnt working. The tv had no aerial connection and since the wifi didnt work, had no connection so didnt work either. There were no towels or bathroom supplies. There were marks all over the walls and surfaces. Kitchen surfaces had severe burns on. There were no doors on the lounge or bedroom, which meant noise travelled between. The other doors were not fire doors. The windows were rotten and old meaning you can hear everything from outside and it was freezing. Landlord replied to my first message about the toilet when we arrived and then ignored all other messages. I had to get expedia to refund me and then we checked out 3 nights early.
