It's a nice hotel but it needs updating. The staff are great, the food is very good. Nice view of the minster from the room. I would stay again.

Bargain for a night or two

For the money, this hotel is fine!! It's a bit tired, with worn carpets, but the rooms are clean, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is ok. Parking is free, and the train/ bus into Cleethorpes is very close. Does the job for a short break

The check in process was a breeze. And the night staff was helpful. They let themselves with now dates and 1990 the rooms feel and look. The key to gain assess to your room, is a physical key not a card. The carpet is rough and old, walls are gravel painted and the fixtures are old, worn wood. Bathroom is basic. The whole vibe is basically The Campanile Hotels.

Pleasant enough hotel good location very central close to rail station. Decor alittle tied. Room comfortable but could do with better sound proofing a lot of door banging early morning

Excellent Location & Great Team of Friendly Staff

This is my second stay at the hotel. The ensuite room was a great price and included a lovely buffet offering a choice of cooked or cold breakfasts. The hotel has an 80s vibe in terms of decoration which is tired. However my room was very clean and comfortable and peaceful. That to me is paramount, together with helpful and kind staff.
