We were not able to make the trip as planned for a medical treatment. That said, we would appreciate a refund as opposed to charging the entire fee. Our expectations are that Expedia and the hotel would understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. We remain hopeful that upon reading this note you could find a way to issue a refund. Pleasant stay

Lovely young man at check in. Very professional and fast. His Dutch was remarkable although he had only been in Belgium for a couple of years. Room was very comfortable , clean and functional. Will certainly be back.

Poor service

Restaurant serivce at the hotel os exceptionally poor. Our order of food did not come even after one hour when every table around us finished the meal. I asked for some hot water for refill for my teapot but the Belgium water disappeared with the teapot all together. The rest of restaurant staff just worked together to cover him. We cancelled our order and never return to this hotel restaurant. The TV resception in the hotel room is exceptionally poor with regular screen black out of 20 seconds. Even after alleged change for new TV set, the status quote remains. Given the standard of Sheraton Hotel, i will say its hardly living up to its atandard.
