We were not able to make the trip as planned for a medical treatment. That said, we would appreciate a refund as opposed to charging the entire fee. Our expectations are that Expedia and the hotel would understand that life doesn’t always go as planned.
We remain hopeful that upon reading this note you could find a way to issue a refund. Your response will show us the value of doing business with you again.
