Disgusting property. The toilet in my room hardly been cleaned and was absolutely disgusting. With a foul smell. Switched to another room wasn’t much better. The carpets are all stained. The comforter had blood stains on it. Horrible.

For 2 weeks Hotels.com could NOT find my reservation-both on application as well as computer.when I tried to cancel the reservation due to the country security situationHotels showed: "something went wrong our side".unable to continue.SO That cost me the payment refund.AND I NOW NO LONGER USE HOTELS,I USE BOOKING,AND CURRENTLY AM TRAVELLING WITH 11 NIGHTS hotel accomodations .

Our room was very dirty, the non lobby areas were very shabby with trash and gross carpet, and there were a lot of issues with the bathroom. The floor was wet when we got there, the hair dryer didn’t work, the shower was small and slanted so everything fell off the rack, etc. Since there was no phone in the hotel room I tried to go to the desk but every time there was a huge line of people checking in, so there was no way for me to get help unless I stood there in my pajamas with wet hair. The rooms were also very tiny and they only gave you one pillow per person. I would not recommend this place

Super small room. Hotel is boutique style in decor: some neo metal thing that was a bit weird. Floors were dirty. Paid for breakfast but shouldn’t have as nobody checked to see if we had.
