We had a good 2d floor stay with our small dog in tow. The staff was most pleasant and professional. Check-in/out was easy. The room was very clean. The only ossue was a lack of hot water to shower in the AM.

Wow the woman at the dront desk said I can cancel but I still have to pay even though I told her no hot water in my room to shower.Im autistic so I have quirks that keep me regulated.Taking hot showers calm me down when I get over stimulated.However expedia took care of it and gave me a refund.This is why I use expedia they will help you when your in a tough spot.I wont use any other company than expedia because I trust them .Ty expedia
