The fresh made yogurt was great along with the Egg Bites. Coffee was convenient, hot and fresh. Rooms had maintenance every day.

Upon checking in, discovered toilet wasn’t working and almost overflowed. After that was fixed, discovered sink was also clogged and not draining. That had to be fixed. Then we saw and killed multiple roaches in the bathroom. Pretty gross and not what we expected. The positives: good location, big rooms, free breakfast.

Property was nice, but our stay was not good from a service stay point. When we arrived we did not have a fitted sheet on the bed, just the mattress pad cover, it took a little time to get a sheet that we had to put on; was promised a free night because of the inconvenience but did not receive it from Orbiz or Hilton. There was no room serve the first two days of our stay. We had to request towels, and the general manager was a little smug.
