This unit has been completely updated w/ all new floors, furniture, appliances, paint, smart tvs & local artwork (coming soon)! Downstairs is the living/dining area, front/back patios (patio furniture coming soon) & 1/2 bath. Upstairs, both rooms have vaulted ceilings, king beds, smart tvs, full bathrooms, & laundry in hall. kid friendly! we have a pack and play, kid cutlery, slumber pod, books and toys, baby gate, and a booster seat.

We had a wonderful stay in Greenville! The location of this property could not be any better, especially for a family with two young children. It’s so nice to be able to pop the kids in a stroller and head out for a walk to shops, dining, zoo, etc. vs. getting them in and out of the car. The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. Hunter was super quick to respond to all communications.

We had a fantastic stay in Greenville. This unit is close to everything. We only drove once when it was pouring rain at dinner time. Otherwise it was a short walk to main street or a great bike ride o the Swamp Ra bit Trail. We will definitely return! Thanks Hunter!
