100 W. Court St. 4 B, Penthouse Unit that accommodates 4 people. Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

The condo is in an unbeatable location right in the heart of downtown, which made everything incredibly easy to walk to—restaurants, shops, and local spots were all just steps away.The space itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my trip. Being able to park and not worry about driving anywhere really made the whole experience more relaxing and enjoyable.This has definitely become my new favorite place to stay when visiting Greenville.
