We had a wonderful stay at Comfy Eastside Home Close to Downtown. The location was perfect for our visit — it was centrally located and very close to the family we were visiting. It also provided easy access through the neighborhood and was conveniently located near downtown, grocery stores, and several great restaurants.The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with convenient tools, which made preparing meals easy. We especially loved the layout of the home, with inviting living areas that made it easy to relax and spend time together.The neighborhood was quiet, welcoming, and perfect for walks. It felt like a great community and a very peaceful place to stay.Communication from the host was excellent. They answered our questions quickly and were very responsive throughout our stay.Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would gladly stay here again.

This is the perfect place for our extended family while visiting the elder generation who live a half mile away. There are a few "cosmetic" issues inside the house that didn't really affect us - the oven door is missing its handle and there's a closet bifold door that's off. The main suggestion would be to replace the light bulbs or light fixture at the front steps - it's very dark out there- must use a flashlight to safely navigate the steps and find the locks. We'll definitely be back (this was our 2nd stay).

Very nice house. Comfortable bed. Had a small issue with getting in as the opener had become disconnected. Finally was able to get in. Evidently a scheduling snafu with the cleaning company had happened. After contacting the owner, a cleaner was at the home in a short time. Other than those two (small) issues, the house was very nice. The owner was very appologetic and easy to work with. Would stay here again.

Not for elderly or handicapped

House was very clean. Both shower floors were extremely slippery. I was very nervous for my husband who is still recovering from an extensive cardiac hospital stay to use the showers. Handrails are in place, but floors need attention. I also intended to bring my 2 small dogs, but was not aware of restriction on number of pets until after I had sent deposit.Also, the hot water knob in the master shower gets extremely hot to touch. Disappointed with these things, however I felt safe and was comfortable.

Great Location and Plenty of Space

The location of the house provides quick easy access to all of Greenville, Taylors and Greer. A 'must visit' spot is Bridge City Coffee conveniently located on Wade Hampton Blvd (5 mins from the house). While all of their grinds are refreshing ask for the beans that earned them Roaster of the Year. While at the house there is an abundance of comfortable space to kick back and relax in a mature, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked if you choose to prepare a meal. The fenced in yard is quite nice if fido is joining you on you visit.
