Hotel was clean. The young lady at the desk was very kind and super sweet. The hotel is well located near restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here as again when in Greenville.

Satisfied all my pet peaves!
The hotel and rooms looked fresh and up to date. The rooms were nicely laid out with ample storage, counter and shelf space. A Well lit bathroom mirror and hooks to hang clothes and towels! (pet peave of mine). Also shower floor was textured and not slippery and well drained. Beds comfortable with blanket available if puffy comforter was too hot. (Another P.P.). Good buffet breakfast with many options.

We were given a suite which made our 3=day stay much more comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were better than most hotels provide. Our biggest complaint was there was only one elevator to the lobby and it was at the opposite end of the building!
