I absolutely loved staying at this hotel, it was very convenient for me and my 3-year-old daughter. I would definitely come back and stay again it was very clean and very quiet and I didn't have any problems out of the staff I had everything I needed and the breakfast was good

Stale cigarettes and strong perfume

The sink and bathroom were so dingy and worn out, they couldn’t possibly be cleaned properly. I didn’t shower because the bathroom was so sketchy. The freezer needs defrosting. There was an empty soda bottle on the floor under the night table. The worst was the strong odor of stale cigarette smoke/nicotine and strong perfume. I got an instant headache.

Pool closed, bright lights outside all night

small room with ok fridge and ok beds. The electric outlets, were poorly located and really loose, so you had to wiggle it carefully to make connection. no sign on pool, so we change in our bathing suits and try every gate into pool and all locked. Then they tell us its closed waiting for chlorine test..? We faced a courtyard with bright lights all night that came into room around all the edges of the curtains. Will not stay here again.

The rooms were nice but we were there 3 days and housekeeping did not come to our room one time. I had to go to the front desk twice and get more towels and wash cloths. I was told housekeeping would be there the 2nd day we stayed and no one came. The hot water was more luke warm and had to run 15-20 minutes or so just to.start heating up. These were the 2 major issues we had.

My sheets were ripped, sofa ripped and dirty. Scuff marks and chipped paint on the doors. Hot water took 5 minutes to warm up. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in room. Coffee maker was missing the basket. Terrible experience. The room shouldn’t have been rented like that.

I watched 2 people check in before 3 but I was told my room wasn’t ready. Also charged me for 2 days and I was only there 1. Clerk at the desk told me 1 day was a test and it would drop off. It did not so now I have to call and hassle with people. Not my idea of fun.

I was lied to this past Friday when me and my wife went to get our room changed from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. The guy who was at the from desk told me and my wife that we'd be put in a room that had double queen beds and it was twin beds instead and we couldn't change rooms again because they were booked up for the night. We were return customers but won't be coming back
