The property itself was fantastic, but outside the windows were several tent sites with lots of trash and people engaging in questionable activities.

Just off I-40 close to conference center and the coliseum. Easy drive to Gargoyles game. We especially enjoyed the grab and go snack selection and the free breakfast. The dining area was clean and the buffet was fresh and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!
