Janine provides a clean, well equipped home. She's a great communicator, and the space is as described. The stay was perfect for our work trip to the area. When we had to extend one night, Janine was very accommodating. Please note, the stay requires either a refundable 5,000 damage deposit, or a non-refundable 119 insurance policy to book, so keep that in mind!

We have made several trips to Greensboro and this is the best place we have stayed. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Communication with renter was excellent. Close to Guilford College was a plus. We would recommend and will rent again at this property.

very quiet neighborhood. The townhome is very clean, looks just like the photos, and had everything we needed. Love the huge king size throw blanket in master. Very comfy couch and like the relaxing back screened in porch. All very cozy and nice. Even had waters and plenty of coffee & creamers available to us, which was great! Good communication also

Home Sweet Townhome

It was our second time staying; again it was VERY CLEAN and cozy. It’s a perfect ‘home away from home’ for our trips to visit our client. Quiet neighborhood tucked behind a main road with convenient access. We won’t stay anywhere else.

Truly a home away from home

This is by far the best managed property we have ever stayed in - and we travel everywhere!! Our host, Janine, provided absolutely everything to make our 12 night stay the most relaxed, comfortable and convenient home ever! We truly appreciate all the thoughtful touches (new toothbrush because I forgot mine and a new crockpot so we could plan meals while we were away during the day) and effort Janine puts in to ensure our needs are fulfilled. Beds were very comfortable, fluffy towels etc in an immaculate home in a very safe and quiet, convenient location. We will definitely stay here again!

Super Clean and Comfortable

Our first impression was how wonderful the home smelled when we walked in. The whole place was incredibly clean and comfortable. I loved the small touches that make a big deal...like water in the fridge, Keurig pods (although we did not use them), a bottle of wine, small toiletries, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
