We had booked this last minute due to an issue at another hotel. The front desk employee was so kind and not only let us vent but joked with us too! Was refreshing after having a rough experience elsewhere!

The room could’ve been cleaned a little better. Bed & bedding was good. Bathroom floor & carpet need shampooing. Night front desk girl wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly/welcoming. Morning Check out girls were friendly. Elevator was a bumpy ride. The hotel is decent but just need some work. Price is affordable.

Mediocre at best, needs maintenace

Top door latch broken, can see where holes are drilled in walls and not patched, toilet paper holder broken. Girl at front desk was blah if she was there. Tried to swap rooms due to safety latch but it was full, no offer of any type of refund, we were just stuck there. Cracked tile, needed maintenace, not major issues just minor things that could have been fixed easily. Made you feel like you get what you get and it wasnt a big deal. Wouldn't have been so bad if I didnt pay the same price as other hotels in the area or had gotten some kind of discount. I never leave reviews good or bad but this was ridiculous because these were minor things that could easily be fixed in between guests so either they have no maintenance technician or they don't care. Looked to the side this morning in bathroom and it looked like old blood dripped down the wall beside the cabinet. Never again bc there are SO many hotels in the area to choose from at the same rates.

Hotel price was okay, conveniently located close to major attractions. Hotel lack on condition. Doors didn’t close properly, bathroom had a continuous noise from the shower plumbing and tubing. There was a lose metal piece at the bathroom wall corner. The bathroom furniture look deteriorated and rusty. Staff was friendly but lack knowledge of neighborhood and surroundings.

The area wasn't a good area. There was prostitutes walking up and down the streets. The rooms weren't equipped properly. There wasn't a toilet paper holder at all. No trash can in the bathroom. The food area wasn't adequate. They use dollar tree paper towels for napkins. All of the juices for juice station was constantly out. The back was missing from the tv remote and all the buttons wasn't operational. It was supposed to have a microwave in the room but didn't. Overall you could tell that they were doing the very cheap minimum.

FILTHY. Sleep Token was playing and all other local hotels were booked - that’s the ONLY reason I did not COMPLAIN at the deplorable state of my room/the hotel. Everything that could have stains had stains. Walls, floors, baseboards, tables, lamps -all nasty. Tile in the bathroom was broken, loose and had dirt in the cracks and the faucet was messed up. The bed skirt had hair and filth piled on it. Carpet had three big red stains like koolaid had been spilled on it. Hair all over the bathroom ceiling! I checked for bugs thoroughly - thankfully didn’t see signs of bed bugs - BUT if they clean that poorly - I would fear it. The property was run down. The elevator was sketchy. I had to wipe every surface down before I felt comfortable. Gross! Don’t stay here!

I’m honestly just glad this place has hot running water and electricity. I’ve never been to a hotel so dingy and dirty luckily it was only for 1 night so I thought I’d tough it out but never again. The carpet had stains, the walls and doors were dirty, there’s mold around the tub! My OCD is literally in over drive. 2/10 would NOT recommend. Even the pillows are sorry. The only good thing is the location nearby EVERYTHING like less than 5 min other than that yea it’s a big hell no we won’t go (will not stay here ever again)

I’ve stayed here numerous times and have never had any cause for concern. This time my room just felt dirty and deteriorated. There were numerous hairs in the bathroom sink and on the bathroom counter. Trim damaged in the bathroom, bedside tables missing trim pieces, walls and doors beat up, and unknown dried substances on table and desk surface. The location is great and the hotel was far more enticing when it first opened. Over the last couple of years it appears its been poorly maintained.
