This house is amazing! Very spacious- we had 11 people there with no problems. Beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. So many things were very close by, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Our host was great with communication and went above & beyond for the only issue we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Charming and great Location

We were in Greensboro for an event at NC A&T. We brought our bikes and were able to get to the stadium in just a few minutes and no worries about parking. The house is so charming and cute! It was comfortable and quiet.

Team Spirit

We returned to this house in 2024 after having a great experience in 2023. This year we had 10 adult women sharing the house. We were in Greensboro to compete in the US Adult Soccer Association Tournament. The house is comfortable, clean and very well located. It is easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Nathan was really helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay both years - but more so this year because we won the tournament 😃

I love old houses with modern conveniences and this one surely fits the bill. Lots of historic character in an historic part of town. Slept better than at my own house. Very comfortable and well furnished

Stayed in this house for a few days with extended family for my daughter’s UNCG graduation. Having owned three historic homes and currently living in one, this house has all the charm that you would expect, with all the room that you would expect, and in an ideal location to everything. We had a great stay.

Convenient for Furniture Market

4 adult women attending High Point Furniture market so mainly business. We didn't use all the amenities available since we didn't cook anything, but the property was convenient and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed meeting the neighbor next door and walking to the pizza place a few blocks away. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy Home in a Quaint Neighborhood

We had a family event in Greensboro and wanted to rent a centrally located VRBO. This beautiful home was everything we needed. Originally we were going to house seven family members but only 4 out of seven stayed. There was plenty of room and bathrooms to accommodate our original guests. The location was convenient to attractions on Elm street with walk ability to shops and eateries and shopping was close at Friendly Center. We truly enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owner was seamless and hospitable . Thank You Nathan for sharing your Beautiful home for our first visit to Greensboro!! We definitely recommend this VRBO to rent great property!!
