I don’t usually leave reviews, but our stay at Princess Senses The Mangrove was so incredible I had to share! We booked the Platinum Junior Suite, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Greeted with a welcome drink, a tour of the property, and introduced to our amazing butlers, Dennis and Alexis, who went above and beyond in every way. Dennis made all our dinner reservations, gave great recommendations, and constantly checked in, often surprising us with thoughtful touches like decorating our room and even filling the Jacuzzi multiple times. Alexis was just as wonderful. When I mentioned I’d never had a fresh coconut, she went off-resort to bring me one the next day! Their warmth and genuine care made us feel like family by the end of our 6-day stay. The resort itself is stunning. Incredible food, a huge beach, and plenty of pools and quiet spaces. It’s so large that it sometimes feels empty, but that’s part of its peaceful charm. We went during the off-season, and since it’s still new, I’m sure it’ll only get busier. We feel lucky to have experienced such luxury for the price we paid. Honestly, it was worth double. The only mystery left is why there’s a telephone in the washroom! 😂 If you’re considering this resort, don’t hesitate, book it!

My wife and I just returned home from our stay at the Princess Mangrove on the adult side. We stayed from 10/6 to 10/12. The reason was to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I can honestly say the resort is well worth visiting. Upon our arrival we were met with a warm greeting, offered a cold towel and cocktail. As we checked in, I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. That night the resort surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a nice dessert with a congrats message. We started our stay in a standard room but upgrade to a swim out room in Building 1 after the 1st day. Room 1112 was the room we were given. It did not disappoint. The pools are all infinity and are beautifully lit at night. I highly recommend a swim out room if you can swing it. The resort, grounds and beach are all amazing. Although the building does show some sings of wear for a new structure. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. I was impressed by the gym and felt the equipment was top notch. I felt the food was really good and well presented at the restaurants. We dined at the Pearl, Robert's Flame(shout out to Troy), IL Palazzo and Umami. We found all to be great. The buffet in the morning for breakfast provided plenty of options. I really enjoyed the coffee/ice cream shop as well. My wife and I made it a point to interact with the staff and the "love" was returned. We look forward to visiting again some day soon!

The resort was absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and well thought out. I really appreciated the variety of food options. They had Jamaican, American, Italian… you name it, they had it! As a true foodie, I hate when I travel to Jamaica and can’t find authentic Jamaican food, but this resort did not disappoint. You’ll definitely get a taste of the island here. My only complaint was the basmati rice personally, I don’t think it’s a universal rice. It has an odor similar to jasmine rice, and it just wasn’t enjoyable to me. Aside from that small detail, everything else was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, the rooms were spectacular, and the air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature the entire stay, I never even had to touch the thermostat! My only suggestion would be to have more workers available for the cart service, just to make getting around a bit faster. We stayed on the adults only side, which was calm, quiet, and very romantic perfect for couples, honeymooners, or anyone looking to relax. We also ventured over to the main side for the foam party, and it was such a fun time! Overall, this resort gave the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. I’d definitely come back again.

The property is huge and I love all of the dining options that the property has. The junior pleasure swim out suite at the O club at Princess Senses was nice, but I would like to have saw more female staff working the jacuzzi area for the guests.

I love everything about it was the most perfect and relaxing experience. I like that it was quiet and staff was super nice. We had butlers Keen and Andre and they were the absolute best. Food was really tasty and the steakhouse was my favorite restaurant. Rooms were beautiful and the platinum is definitely worth it. Best resort in Jamaica!
