We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. Though we were nervous about the idea of having a butler, we splurged for a platinum room, and we are so glad that we did. The room was fantastic with a comfortable bed, large living area, and beautiful shower. The jacuzzi on the balcony was simply amazing and the view was stunning. Our Butlers, Dujohn and Michael were wonderful. They will be as involved or as uninvolved as you prefer. They were quick to check in with us daily and always made dinner reservations for us so we never had a wait. We really enjoyed the staff in the platinum area, particularly Jason in the lobby area, Monique in the dining area, and Oshea in the bar area. Their customer service was top notch. All of the dining areas were enjoyable but we particularly enjoyed the food truck, the Pearl, Robert’s Flame Steakhouse, and Fusion. The entertainment each evening was spectacular. The live band, the Hollywood show, the Silver Bird Steel Band, the cultural shows, and the piano bar were our favorite. There is so much to do and see if you want to stay busy, but there is also plenty of space to just rest and relax. The gym was the best we’ve ever seen at a resort. We were so pleased with our experience and hope to make it back some day.

This is a brand-new resort that is lovely and clean, with every accommodation overlooking the ocean. Since it was our first time visiting Jamaica, we were unsure of what to anticipate. We were greeted with fresh rum when we arrived at the resort, and the check-in process went smoothly.We relished the cuisine and beverages, the beach, and the lovely design of the poor. Every employee we encountered, whether at the buffet, a la carte restaurants, bar, coffee shop, security personnel, or beach personnel, was fantastic and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The vacation was fantastic.

I have 0 complaints about this place! I absolutely loved everything about it. Everyone was so kind and courteous and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the view is beautiful, the food was amazing. The pictures we saw did not serve this place justice. We loved the resort so much we tried to extend our stay but our room was already booked. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jamaica this is the place. When I come back I will be staying here. Shoutout to these people for making our trip memorable. Henrique, Adrian, machail (big meech), Anna Lee, Slim shady, Ashley, Craig. First time in Jamaica a 10/10.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. After seeing mixed reviews we weren’t sure what to expect but knew the property would be brand new. We had a seamless experience checking in and going to our room. The rooms are nicely laid out and beautiful (junior ocean view). The view was spectacular and a great location on the property, building four on the third floor. The staff did a fantastic job, everyone was friendly and greeted us with a smile. The food at the restaurants was great for an all inclusive, we were impressed. We ate at the steakhouse, Italian and seafood restaurants. The buffets were decent and had a variety of options. We spent most of our time at the beach although the pools were amazing! The beach stretch between both sides was a great length and nice for a stroll. There are rocks and cliffs further out in the water so it was difficult to go deep. On windy days the waves bring in seaweed, more on the adult side. The family side had the best beach. The entire property felt safe and had a lot of security guards around. It was a great spot for both styles of vacation, relax and chill or party vibes if you want it. The fitness center was amazing and their offerings for classes and entertainment were nice. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend it anyone and would come back for another stay!

We loved our stay, but we did lose an entire day due mechanical problems with our plane and had to stay over in Chicago. I called the property right away to tell them what was happening and that we would be checking in a day late. They said that it would be noted on my reservation and they thanked me for calling. Upon arrival 24 hours later, they seemed to no longer have a reservation for me. Once I explained what had happened, they said they would reinstate my reservation and that they would have to find me a room because they were “booked up” which is not true, because the resort was very quiet with not many people anywhere.. which I loved, but they weren’t booked. After spending the previous day in an airport and a crummy hotel in Chicago (with no luggage) and more flight delays that day, I was very disappointed that check in took 2 hours! They finally told us to go and eat while we were waiting, but then the hostess didn’t want to let us in because we didn’t have a room number! It was very frustrating! I did ask if they would be so kind to reimburse me for the night we missed being that it was not our fault, but was told no. A whole day is a lot when your only there a week! The staff are all so nice and super friendly.. minus just a feet who seemed unhappy to be there. is so friendly… minus just a few that seemed unhappy to be there. The restaurants were all amazing including the buffet. The bars are great. Lots to do, and just a beautiful place to spend a week!

This resort has the perfect set up and has amazing staff. Very friendly, personable, and high energy (thanks keno) especially when it comes to the evening activities. Scuba diving and catamaran tours will leave directly from the resort beach. Super convenient.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at the resort. There was a discrepancy when scheduling an excursion for the Bob Marley Tour with Tropical Tours. It was not explained the fee paid was just for private transportation & not entry fees. However, the driver made us aware of this. Therefore, we decided to just do Bob Marley Mausoleum tour, forgo Dunns River Falls and go back to the resort. Our concern is that what if we didn’t bring money for entry fees since the agent wasn’t transparent about what the $340 fee covered. The clean beach, dining options and the variety of entertainment was great to experience. Although the elevator was inoperable when we arrived, it was nice to see the elevator was operating the next day. The AC in our suite was not cool, but bearable. It would’ve been great to adjust it. Lastly, We also enjoyed a tour of the property given by BellHop (ONeil) would recommend friends to stay at the resort. All staff we encountered were pleasant.
