My earrings were stolen from my room. Shuttles drove past my friends and I repeatedly but would stop for every white person . Shuttles wouldn’t come when requested. We didn’t have water for hours. Couldn’t shower or use the toilet. There are no swim up bars. There was a group of school kids that were beyond drunk and underaged and they were still giving them liquor. It was a mess.

This is an amazing property. All the staff was incredible, great food, and great drinks! You certainly felt welcomed, and the rooms were a nice size. I will definitely be back. The only thing I did not like, was the night before I got notified airport transfer is not included, and we need to find our own transportation. I blame Expedia for that.

I really enjoyed my stay. The resort was beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and possibly return. Only one concern, we attended a wedding and everything was beautiful. However, during the reception dinner, I requested a plate with only chicken (prepared with salmon & chicken). Instead of receiving a freshly prepared plate, they simply removed the salmon and added an extra piece of chicken. There was salmon left on the vegetables and potatoes. While I am not allergic, the taste is seafood upsets my stomach, therefore this ruined my meal. If I were allergic this could have caused a possible fatal reaction. Better precautions should be taken, to prepare a fresh plate would have only taken a few extra minutes.

First time in Jamaica for me as well as my partner. Found this property on a great deal for the week of February 9-16, 2024. Made arrangements with Jude to tour for the ride from the airport in Montego Bay to the property which was well organized And safe. The room was very generous, and we opted for an upgrade to an ocean view when booking. a true suite with a bedroom separate from bathroom and living areas. Minibar was stocked each day with waters and beer, potato chips, a chocolate bar and peanuts. The housekeeping staff was very good and brought anything that we felt we needed, for example, bathrobes and slippers. The à la cart restaurants were easy to book via the Palladium app. We were able to visit six different à la cart restaurants as well as enjoying the buffet for breakfast and one dinner. The jerk chicken huts at the two beaches were also fantastic. Of note is that my partner lost his sunglasses paddle boarding on the first day we were there. One of the fellows running the water sports actually went out the next day for a couple of hours with a snorkel and, if you can imagine, found the glasses and returned them to him. This was outside the realm of customer service. A good example of the service you’ll find here at the grand Palladium, Jamaica, Lady Hamilton resort. Highly recommend this lovely property on a beautiful island with fabulous people. Oh yes, one more thing, the entertainment was top-notch. Not typical of Caribbean resorts, but much better!

Booked a Jr Beachview suite on Lady Hamilton side. Closet doors were broken; safe wouldnt open: shower door wouldnt open and close properly; ceiling lightbulbs burnt out so very dark in the room. The plus was it was ground level. Al A Carte dining was lack luster. This was our 4th time here over the last 6 years. Wouldnt come back. Italian and Mexican restaurants were disapponting. Staff super friendly Drinks were cold.

A very nice resort! The food was good at all of the restaurants. We ate at every one, except the Indian restaurant. Con-we arrived on Tuesday but couldn't get a reservation for the Hibachi the entire week-already booked up. Everyone in the staff were very friendly & helpful whether it was front desk, wait staff, entertainment, bartenders, transportation or housekeeping. Krissy Gray was part of the entertainment team & she was fantastic! So friendly & we really enjoyed getting to know her! The resort is very clean & well maintained! The pools & beaches are beautiful! Unfortunately, there had been a storm before our arrival, so the pools were COLD the entire time we were there so that was a bit disappointing. We ended up going to the beach each day & thankfully the ocean water was warm, so we enjoyed that! The main beach & small beach near adult pool had a bit of coral, so you had to be careful getting in the water, but once you were in it was nice. Another downside was because of the storm that happened before our arrival, the resort didn't clean up the beach where you could snorkel, kayak & paddleboard until 4 days later. We had checked it each day & the water looked beautiful but the beach was closed. We finally got to use that beach our last 2 days & it was amazing! BEST BEACH! Rooms were nice, beds-very comfortable & jacuzzi tub & shower were great! Entertainment at the Infinity Bar was great each night. Drinks-fantastic everywhere! Super Bowl party was great! FUN resort!
