The insects ruined my the idea of having an ocean front room. The ants took over one of the balcony’s. We rented a cabana and the life guards argued so much it ruined the experience.

The resort was amazing!! The rooms could be cleaned better but overall an incredible resort!! The pool is huge!! Sunset cove beach by far my favorite!! The staff were all friendly. The infinity bar needs fans to circulate the air up there. It’s def hot up there. Fans were make it more manageable for the guest.

This was our 3rd Visit with the Grand Palladium and 1st at the Lady Hamilton Section. Our Refrigerator in the room did not work at all, and we called to have it fixed or replaced, but NOTHING was done for the 5 days we were there. Very disappointing. Other than that, Our Stay was Fine and Fun. We met up with our ENGLAND Mates.

My experience with this vacation spot, the staff was super friendly. It feels almost like family and i truly love how they interact with my grandkids. We had to switch room after 2 days there but overall it wasn't a bad experience and we love all the excursion we took also.

To be honest I am not satisfied with everything. Start with the service , people there are not kind and one worker scream with me because of coconut . Also the pool is dirty and I have picture .. and life guard allow guest to smoke cigar in the pool near of children . But when a child try to have fun they scream out loud too . The kids club is good , the people there really love and live their job. The food is good too .. but never has desert in a la cart restaurant .
