Only issues I had were some pool umbrellas that where defective, and although left unopened, the pool sude towel attendant said once an umbrella is there it means it's good for use and we can go a head and use them. Well shortly after opening and relaxing it blew off and touched another guest.

Our stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was amazing! The resort is clean, modern, and beautifully designed with stunning décor, clean lines, stone finishes, and unique details that truly stood out. The views are breathtaking, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and getting around the resort is easy and accessible. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We especially loved dining at Robert’s Flame—the lamb chops were absolutely delicious! The coffee house quickly became a favorite spot for us, and the spa’s hydrotherapy was a highlight—relaxing, quiet, and rejuvenating. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, beautiful design, great food, and relaxing amenities made this a memorable and peaceful getaway. The property it’s self was great, just needed more excitement and activity in the morning and afternoon hours and for theater I would recommend like having a dancehall night where staff dress up in Jamaicans close and maybe dance to old hits etc i don’t know.

Probably the best trip we've taken as a family, great hotel and food, pools, rooms, all of it. It wasnt too hot, even in July, great breeze and the beach and cove were inviting. not another resort in sight. We felt very safe.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Every single person there was friendly and welcoming. By about day 3 we were almost like family with most of the staff greeting us by name and holding my daughters hand to walk around. There was even a day when my 4 yr old advised her legs were too tired and one of the lifegaurds who was walking in the same direction as us asked me if it would be alright if he asked her if she wanted to be carried. The meals and drinks were all fantastic, the property was impeccably kept and we watched them clean up the beach each evening. When we wanted to get off the resort we had a plethera of options and people advising us on the best places to go. My mother went and enjoyed the spa one day and advised the staff was well trained and knowledgable. Overall it was a wonderful experience all around.

Friendly and attentive staff. MVP bar was exciting bartender Romain was wonderful. The restaurant manager for Jamrock excellent and very friendly. So far this resort is going in the right direction November 2025 is their one open anniversary I hope they keep it up keep improving

Stayed with family (kids in tow) Aug. 23-30 at the resort & had the best time! The property was clean, staff was friendly (everyone was kind, helpful & almost always smiled!), the pools were warm & clean & the ocean was warm too! The game room & kids club came in handy for sure when it rained a few days for a few hours! If you frequent the beach, I would definitely wear sandals or water shoes as there are rocks in the water & the sand is grainy. The food is alright, nothing too spectacular but I'm not a picky eater so there was more than enough for me to eat (as well as the kids). We stayed in room 7321 with the bunk beds & it was nice & spacious. The one sink tap was a little wobbly & the toilet paper holder was starting to come off the wall but that's it. I didn't overly love having the sinks & shower in one open area & then the toilet in a small room on it's own. The open area with the sink & shower is a bit tricky when it came to visitors (yes there is a curtain to separate it from the sleeping/lounging area but you had to walk by the open area with the shower to go past the curtain into the sleeping/lounging area). Tipping - the staff prefers to be tipped in US. We had Jamaican dollars & one staff member (he worked in the Cafe), voiced that 'they are used to that currency'. The resort wasn't busy (as it wasn't their high season) which was nice & we could get the chairs/loungers that we wanted. We also met a lot of locals! Would 10000% come back again! Yah mon!

Stayed with my wife and two children (7 and 10). Friendly staff, nice rooms, good dining options. The jerk chicken and patties at the poolside food truck was the best option on the resort. That and the oxtail, which they had at the lunch buffet and in the Jamrock restaurant. We didn’t realize until we arrived that over half of the hotel property is reserved for the Mangrove adults only resort, so there were fewer a la carts restaurants than we thought and the beach areas available to the family side are pretty small. Beaches were kept very clean and the water was amazing. A few rocks in the sand in some spots so be careful walking in. One of the best kids waterparks we’ve seen at a resort outside of the Atlantis Bahamas. The slides were big enough that even the parents could enjoy them, but not so huge or intimidating that a 7 year old couldn’t handle them. So I was going up and down with my kids every day. They loved it. Friendly staff, good activities, not pushy with trying to upsell you on things or book you for the spa services. Kids only tried the kids club once but they enjoyed it and got to be a part of the on stage show that night. My only complaint is that our room was close to the stage where the shows happened every night, and we put the kids to bed fairly early and the music from the night shows would shake our walls until 11pm. We paid more for a swim out junior suite and it was so worth it to have our own pool area to dip in any time that we wanted.
