My family and I enjoyed this hotel immensely. The food was great, and the activities onsite was all we needed. My only negative was the mosquitos as we have a swim out pool on the ground level and construction / repair was happening on the hotel so our room smelt of concrete / cement and was very dusty

A Wonderful Family Vacation at the Princess Grand Resort . We recently returned from a family vacation at the Princess Grand Resort in Jamaica, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort wasn’t at full capacity during our stay, which made it feel more peaceful and exclusive an added bonus! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the property is. The resort gives off a luxurious, relaxed vibe that sets the tone for a perfect getaway. The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive experience—there was great variety and consistently high quality throughout our stay. We opted for the Platinum service, which included butler service, and it was absolutely worth it. Our butlers, Questos and Shyshay, were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and truly memorable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. A special shoutout to Andrew at the MVP Bar hands down the best mixologist on the property! His drinks were expertly crafted and the best we had during our entire stay. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our vacation great. We felt welcomed and cared for every step of the way. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape in Jamaica. My husband and I already plan to return next time without the kids and on the adult-only side. The property was very clean and well maintained with staff and security. The rooms are fabulous to me no matter what suite you have as long as it has a beautiful view. There are infinity pools all around and to swim up from your room. That is pretty cool to have as a perk in yours room. There's about 9 a la carte restaurants to dine. The wait times are a vit extensive and definitely definitely needs improvement. The staff are friendly and helpful when needed too. The front desk was a littoe unorganized but nothing they couldn't fix on the spot. If you are celebrating something the staff such as Omar will definitely hook your room up. Shaze and his crew will also hook up your drinks and Tyreke will hold you down on the food and snacks at his food quick stop. Hi Tyreke! I told you id write my review!! Lol Love the staff all of them. Too many ti remember. Nexus Tours Nurika was amazing with helping book excursions too. The resort is huge and just breathtaking. I celebrated my husband 60th with about 27 family and friends and we all said the same thing. We absolutely love it and definitely would return. My sister in law is waiting fir the casino to open and my friend said they are returning in May. Normally we dont visit the same place twice but this one is worth makings an exception hands down. The gift shops are awesome. Bathrooms and wheelchair support available for thise who need it. I could go on. They have a lot of fans!!

Great for families. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good options for dining and entertainment. Large resort with multiple pools and lounge areas meant it rarely felt crowded. Minor gripes would include an odd inconsistency with providing enough towels in our room, and the beach/pool activities were often accompanied by very loud music.

The Platinum Vlub experience was amazing. The service was excellent only complaint was the kids lounge temperature needs to be adjusted. It was freezing inside the play room.
