The staff on the day of checkout was very nice and accommodating. The staff member at check in seemed a bit unhappy and a bit short tempered. She seemed bothered that I asked for an extra room key. She told me to go back after five minutes to retrieve it.

The pool was out of order. The ice machine was out of order. The bathroom shower was mildewy. The toilet seat was beat up and broken. Some staff were super nice, some were not friendly at all.

no microwave in room or coffee pot, staff says that because its a down grade hotel so you don't get the special amenities. well my credit card didn't show the down grade. I have paid a lot less and got a lot more.

only complaint is that they added chemicals to the hot tub before it closed for the night the needed chemicals. My husband and I went in the hot tub around 7 PM. Our eyes were burning so bad so only recommendation is to add after pool is closed.
