No room service for food. Left on hold for fifteen minutes when asked about room srvice. Used QR Code. Still didn't get any help. Had room service on phone. Listen to recording for eight time's. If you looked at your records we left after two days. And I guess I can't get my refund for the last two day's I booked. The reason was my friend Kathy and me are both disabled. Me from Railroad injury and service connected disability from Nam. So we were hoping to get room service so we didnt have walk so much. So enjoy my money. Now your just as greedy as the rest of America. No feelings about your customers. Just profit. I will never be back. But that's all right with you. YOU GOT THE MONEY.

The carpet floors were all dirty, especially near the walls. One elevator, maybe both, stunk fairly badly. The cost was on the more expensive side for the room I booked, not quite deserving to be priced at that rate based on the previously listed problems. At least the room was clean for the most part and there were no real issues while inside the room. The few times we spoke to an employee, they were very kind and helpful.

Pros: all the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. The grounds are nicely manicured. We didn’t try the pool but we noticed a large group of kids in there really enjoying themselves. We didn’t try any of the restaurants (we only stayed one night). The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the casino. Cons: unfortunately the interior of this hotel needs a deep cleaning. The hallway floors desperately need vacuuming and the microwaves in the ice vending machine area need to be cleaned & sanitized. Our room needed to be swept & mopped, dusted and sanitized. I like the idea of hardwood floors instead of carpet, but our floors were filthy. The tables were dusty, one was even sticky. The tray with the ice bucket was filthy...it had what looked like old food stuck to it. The bathroom floor was filthy. Although there was a mini-fridge in the room, we didn’t use it because it was filthy. Dark spots of what we think were mold were on the inside on the bottom and sides. We paid over $200 for one night and needless to say we were very disappointed.
