The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Myself and my friend were a little inebriated and the girl at the desk was understandable and helped us a lot. I hope we weren’t too much trouble.

DEEPLY DISSAPOINTED

I have a couple issues, Small issue no complimentary coffee. BIG ISSUE AWAKEN BY GUN FIRE 3:30 AM SEEING POLICE REMOVE PERSON FROM FACILITY. I COULDN'T GET BACK TO SLEEP. I CHOSE HYATT NOT MOTEL 6 EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED

The hotel was large and nice. We chose it for the hot tub and pool, which was great. The staff was nice and very helpful. We asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered to us quite quickly. The room itself didn't cool down, no matter what temp we chose on the thermostat, but we opened a window. The HVAC was very loud in the hallway, but didn't bother us in the room.
