Upon entering the room there was a horrible odor, like old garbage hanging around in your kitchen. I searched a bit to see if there was any and found none. But the smell was overwhelming. I was so tired from a full day of air travel that I didn't get a different room as I was going to be on the road early the next morning.

I can’t complain about the room, overall it was very good, however, the other guests that were in the rooms around us were very rude and loud. It also appeared as if people were living at this hotel and I didn’t feel safe at times.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our two-day stay was cut short because I contracted a 'bug' during our trip to the Bahamas. Our trip back to the hotel was difficult and I coughed all night. By morning my wife and I needed to seek medical consultation. We left early Monday and drove directly back to the U.P. of Michigan. When we arrived we went to a walk-in clinic and it was confirmed that I had covid. We had tickets for a performance of Pretty Woman at the theater on Monday night and we were forced to swallow the cost and especially to miss the show. Obviously, we came to the same decision with our hotel reservation.

Stayed over night for a early flight out of Greenbay. Very nice hotel, clean & comfy room & service was excellent. I needed a shuttle to the airport & they provided a Uber ride for me.

The hotel is old but seems to have some updates. The room was nowhere near soundproof. It was unfortunate to hear every single person walk down the hall talking and then hear what was happening in other rooms.

Room was standard and ok. They have great shuttle service to and from the airport. We were happy to leave our car for over 3 weeks in their parking lot for a fee.
