Staff was friendly, room was clean and loved the multiple elevators. My frustration came when i went to order room service and the menu was advertised as a QR code on the hotel's tv station. The rep taking my order said the menu i was using was the old one, but then did not explain how to obtain the new one...almost seemed as if they did not want me to order. I ended up having to change rooms and that rep was awesome! I moved because of being next to the pool area and it was a bit noisy.
