We came for a 2 night stay when we got there they sent us to a room that the jets in the tub didn’t work and the sink was leaking to where there was a decent size puddle on the floor when we went down to talk to the desk we were told that room was out of order prior to our stay they then had us moved to another room that had a leaking sink as well just not as bad the refrigerator did not keep the food cold and the tub faucet was extremely loose so we went down to talk to the desk the guy we talked to was new took a note when we hadn’t heard anything back from them we went down to talk to them they told me the the fridge was fine just set down to low but by the next day still wasn’t cold she said that she went into the room and they would look at it after we check out and those 3 women were so rude and for some reason all three of them were taking AT me with extremely rude tones and dirty looks I think it is absolutely acceptable for anybody in the service industry to approach a situation in such an unprofessional manner. I would expect more from somebody that’s in hospitality. Neither me or my husband were extremely happy about our stay and with the amount of money that we paid, it should’ve gone a lot better than it had.
