Sheets covered in hair and make-up, every corner of the unit was dirty, poor upkeep of the unit and whole property, tub paint/enamel was worn to the metal, walls filthy, stains all over furniture, blower dyer nasty, the rules for the breakfast are a joke. Front desk service was on point- she gets 5 stars. The hotel itself gets negative stars, comparable to the druggie hotels on east Colfax in Aurora/Denver

Greeley Stay
This hotel was nothing like the description. Check in was easy, front desk staff at night was good, day not so much. Hotel looks like it used to be nice; not as of March 2024. While going to our room, we encountered some individuals who were not guests, the man ran down the hall and dropped his drug paraphernalia. Hallways smelled of cigarettes even though the entire property is labeled “smoke free”. Room was ok, bathroom fan was extremely loud. Next door room had a dog that barked for about two hours while we tried to go to sleep. Not a great experience.

We arrived to check in and a front desk person was nowhere to be found for almost 10 minutes. There was a transient person hanging out by the elevator. The refrigerator had old spilled ketchup in it. There was a strange bug crawling up the wall. I will never stay here again!

Clarion downtown Greeley
Room had hair on the bathroom floor and on sheets on bed . There was also mold in bathroom room corners. Pool states indoor pool but no heating in pool area. It's basically a closed in our door pool . My kids where so disappointed they couldn't swim. Staff was chasing people around the building. This place was disgusting and unprofessional. Never staying here again
