The hand soap is really in an awkward high position stuck to the wall, and the sink is already higher than necessary, so it was basically impossible for even my tall, eight-year-old to wash his hands by himself.

Check in was slow. Woman at front desk asked me if I had to have a handicap room because there were only two left. I said I need the space due to mobility issues but she changed my room to a normal one any way. Got into the room to a tub with mold on the edges, the bed sheets were put on wrong and there were ANTS all over the nightstand hiding under the lamp and phone. They changed our room upon me notifying them (still did not give me a handicap room). They seemed really upset and the gentleman at the front desk swore under his breath about it right in front of me as he was making my new room keys. Very unprofessional and filthy place.
