Do not stay off season

I was the only one on the grounds traveling alone! No resturant or bar open! Lights went out at midnight on pitch dark! No one at front desk left at 5pm!

Love this place!

Loved everything about The Ridge except my room was cold. When I arrived, the heat was off or way down, I turned it to 71 and it took 8 hours to warm up.

Much room for improvement

Room was dirty (carpet, bathroom), room was very cold upon check-in, in-room heater had been turned off. Disappointing.

Great little place!! Rooms were clean and comfortable, and lobby had many forms of entertainment. Will stay again for sure!

staff was great/hotel was older but clean//jetted tub didn't work/restaurant on premises was awesome--best cod I have ever had!
