The hotel needs a lot of updating (carpet, wallpaper, beds, etc.). The pool room is very nice. Though there was a wad of hair caught in the hot tub drain.

Was looking for a hotel with a pool and hot tub to soak sore muscles after snowboarding for two days. Called to ensure their hot tub was working only to arrive and it was not even lukewarm! Very upset and disappointing! Complete misrepresentation and when I called to complain the front desk person said that “it was warm.” LIAR! A hot tub should be a minimum of 100 degrees. Requested discount and was told none would be given. The breakfast was mediocre with apple juice and cranberry juice tasting like water plus no microwave! Won’t ever stay at a Best Western again.

Hotel was great. The breakfast staff could of been way better. Ladies were rude and hovered over you while getting breakfast making you feel uncomfortable. Made rude comments to other guests.

The hot tub was closed which would have been good to know at booking. The location of the room was by an entrance that the employees used as a smoke break location and the smoke flooded our rooms. Overall not great

Wasn't able to check in at 3. Had to sit in our car for 40 minutes until they got the room clean. Hot tub wasn't working which is the reason to booked there in the first place. The lady working the breakfast was VERY rude.
