Alles etwas desolat, aber liebenswert

Ein schönes großes Haus. Wir waren 8 Personen und konnten uns super aus dem Weg gehen, da über 3 Etagen verteilt. Ruhige Lage, toller Garten mit grandiosen Pool. Allerdings war einiges Kaputt oder in die Jahre gekommen. Die Eigentümer Familie müsste dringend renovieren und modernisieren.

L‘odeur de Grasse - Der Duft von Grasse

Das Residenz liegt in einem sehr guter Hanglage mit phantastischem Aussicht. Von der Balkon/Terrasse aus hat man eine sehr schöne Weite. Von hier aus genossen wir jeden Morgen unseren Frühstück. Bei Sonnenuntergang verweilten wir mit einem Glas Wein den Abend und geniessten die Stille. Der Pool waren für unsere Kindern das Highlight des Aufenthaltes. Sie hatten viel Spass, wir brachten sie kaum aus dem Wasser raus. Der Ort Grasse ist bekannt aus dem gleichnamigen Roman von Patrick Süsskind „das Parfum“ mit sein berühmter Duftindustrie. Sie strahlt eine entspannte Ruhe und liegt in unweite Nähe zu den umgebenden Städten wie Cannes, Nizza, Monaco, Fréjus, St. Raphael und St. Tropez, dies in wenigen Autostunden erreichbar. Wir wurden von der Kontaktperson sehr herzlich und nett empfangen. Für Fragen war sie immer für uns erreichbar. Weil es so toll war, würden wir unsere Ferien vermehrt dort verbringen. Alles in allem, hatten wir unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!!! Eine kleine Anmerkung; die Teppichen in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern sind in den Jahren verkommen und nicht mehr Zeitgemäss. Aus hygienischen Gründen könnte man sich überdenken eine andere Lösung zu finden. Auf Wiedersehn Grasse!

La villa est magnifique, propre et bien équipée, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le seul point négatif est l'accès difficile à la propriété, attention si vous avez des véhicules imposants. A part cela, rien à redire, nous y retournerons volontiers !

Belle et spacieuse

Chouette maison amenagée avec gout et style. Piscine et jardin top!! Rien a redire. Une clim dans les chambres pour juillet août serait pas de trop. Et le fait qu'en sus de la location assez chère quand-meme on vous facture encore le linge et l'électricité plombe un peu.... On a passé une belle semaine sans soucis.
