This cottage is located just 10 minutes to Cavendish and 15 minutes to Kensington on one of the best boating and kayaking rivers on PEI. The property is a large water-view lot. Located just minutes away from world class golf courses, amazing beaches and restaurants.

This cottage features an open concept area & kitchen with beautiful views of the water from the kitchen/dining room, living room and large deck. A fully equipped modern kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances and a large island with 3 stools. The dining table seats up to 6 people. The master suite offers a king size bed, a door with direct back deck access. The second bedroom offers 2 unique boat shaped beds with built in storage and a picturesque water-view.

The main bathroom includes a tiled tub/shower combination.

The living room features a full size modern stacked washer/dryer behind a sliding barn door. The living room also has an electric fireplace for those cool nights. The cottage also has A/C for those warm days and nights.

Great location for Sommo festival

This was a perfect location for us to enjoy the downtown Cavendish Sommo Festival. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the back deck one morning and the next overlooking the water from the front deck. Beautiful neighbourhood and safe area to go for a morning run. Wish we had a chance to enjoy the propane fire pit and chairs at night but we were just too exhausted after the concert. Jennifer was quick to reply and was such a sweetheart. Felt like I left with a new friend we never met in person. Thanks for the microwave popcorn. The teens were so excited to have that as a snack after a long drive and arriving late. The moms enjoyed the K cups. Hope to be able to stay there again.

Perfect for family getaway. Child friendly

Quick communication from the owners about check-in process. Inside was nicer yhan the pictures showed, wife said a few times how beautiful a spot it was. 6 minute drive to Cavendish that has almost everything you need in the summer. Spacious property allows the kids to run around and the parents relax on the large outdoor patios. Quiet area at night, easy place to relax into the evening. No hidden surprises. We were very pleased and will look again when visiting PEI again in the future.

Perfect little get away spot!

My husband and I came over from Newfoundland to golf for a few days. Perfect spot, located close to the golf courses we wanted to be on. The house was super clean, everything we needed to make a “Home away from Home” was in the house waiting for us. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience!

Jennifer was very nice and accomodating leading up to the stay, including while there. The house was clean and all amenities were well supplied. There were complimentary drinks as well, which was a nice added touch. Play set in the back was great, too. Had a good mix of remoteness as well as modern amenities to be a very versatile stay, depending on the guest. Would highly recommend.

Waterview house on the hill

Great house with a wondetfull view! Open concept with all new finishes and appliances. Very clean and we'll stocked including wine and chocolate when we arrived. The host was very helpfull and responsive. Would definately recommend this place.
