Mark and Lucy run an excellent small family hotel. Lucy is an excellent chef. Do yourself a favour and book dinner in when making your booking - the food, largely made from local produce, is excellent.

We received a very warm welcome from Mark, our room was very comfortable and clean. We had only booked dinner for our first night, but we enjoyed it so much, that we booked in for our second night also. The quality of the food and the service, both at dinner and breakfast was excellent. We will be going back to Speyside Hotel again.

If you're looking for a non-chain accommodation and a local experience, I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is suitable for those looking for a good base point to travel around the area. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Extensive whisky selection at the bar and fairly priced. Would come back again to explore more of the area.

Hotel was great very welcoming food was nice but restaurant gets very busy so would pre book . Breakfast was chosen the night before with a tick menu all was fresh and good. Would recommend this hotel for touring the area we travelled by motorcycles the parking area was large and felt safe at night.
