Staff was nice, the room was spacious but I upgraded to have a suite with a tub and the tub knob was broke, I asked for it to be fixed, they stuck a screw in and it did not fix it. Half the water was coming from the tub spout and half from the shower head. Definitely could use some updates but have seen worse.

Room was clean, staff was nice. We didnt use breakfast or pool. We just needed somewhere to sleep- and this served its purpose. We walked next door to red mesa for dinner and it was very good!

The room was clean. The service was absolutely some of the warmest and genuine people I’ve come across. Fantastic smiles and so very over the top helpful people you could ever meet. Fantastic stay.

They booked me in room 225. The lights and tv did not work. I let them know and they moved me to 212. The electricity worked but in the morning I found out the nozzle for hot water did not run water at all. Only the cold ran. I’m not going to take an ice cold shower in 20 degree Traverse City weather. I had to leave for the airport. Manager would not discount my stay as I booked with Expedia. The Poor Quality Inn Traverse City need to fix their infrastructure rather than put lipstick on the pig. Manager

Yes the room was clean. The beds were comfortable, the heater worked great. The TV remote didn't work but my husband found the controls on the TV. The desk clerk said, why didn't you call and get a new remote for the TV? We were told about a breakfast but didn't see anything when we went to check out and was not told that it was in a different room or where it was at. The water had a big chlorine smell to it. The room numbers on the outside by the doors are to small to read in the dark with the lights on. We had a good stay for the night.

Bad communications upon check-in. Toilet problem when flushing. Handle would stick and keep running. When front desk was called. were told to push button (reallly??). figured out had to wait until filled than push up handle that was stuck down. Then noticed a plunger, must have been a troublesome toilet. Why not fix it?

My room had holes in walls. Everything was falling apart. It was horrible I could hardly get the shower water on and off because the shower knobs were all broke and falling off. There was no door on the bedroom area.
