The room was beautiful! There are minor repairs that you can tell need a little extra love, but overall we were soo pleased! The bed was comfortable, the view was nothing less than amazing! I can honestly say that every member of staff we came across were so welcoming and pleasant. We've started our new tradition and are pleased we've found the perfect place to execute it.

while the hotel is a little dated, our room was very clean, well stocked with nice fluffy towels, the fridge was nice and cold and even though it was a weekend stay, we were never bothered by outside noise. we loved the attached lounge with the live dj and while we didn’t avail ourselves of the onsite restaurant, it was nice to know it was there. the breakfast, however, was HORRIBLE!! 8/10:30? strange time. and coffee (maybe at 6am) would have been welcome. overall, we would recommend parkshore (just be prepared to find your own breakfast!)

Extremely friendly staff at both the front desk and restaurant. Food at the restaurant was excellent and wait staff and bartender were extremely prompt and friendly. We will definitely stay there again!! Rooms were very clean too!!

The room and the staff were amazing. It was a bit of an inconvenience not to have the front door unlocked overnight as my grandson had an emergency room visit, but we were able to get in the side door. That would be the only thing we would have changed. It was so much fun! We will stay again.

Dee checked us in. She was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothpaste and she offered to get me some. I ended up getting some at the pharmacy, but I really appreciated that she offered. The room was nice and clean. We could see the beach and the bay. It was quiet and we slept well. I would stay again.
