I had to switch rooms around 11pm when I noticed a huge stain on one of the blankets. Yelp reviews are more accurate these reviews are not. I decided I could sleep on the other bed but there were stains on the pillowcase and hair. There was a stain on the curtains the phone was dirty, the room was really worn down. The room they switched me to was cleaner but again worn down. The hotel seems worn down overall. They did give me a voucher for a free breakfast. I did appreciate the pool, room service, and the Sportsnet channel other than that I would not stay here again.

We selected hotel for its proximity to another location we needed to visit. It’s an older property that I’m sure has seen better days. Extremely outdated rooms. The carpet in room was filthy, turning the bottom of our socks black. There was black sludge around the inside of the toilet bowl that I only noticed in the reflection of the mirror. It was so gross. Elevators were tiny for property size and in desperate need of maintenance - flooring was peeling, broken buttons/lights, and extremely squeaky. While it seems the common areas were more modern the rooms were antiquated in comparison. We stayed in July, so temperatures were in the 90’s. With no covered parking, we always needed extra time to allow the car to cool inside before getting kids in. Inconvenient & at $14 per day. The immediate surrounding area is depressing and looks rough, but I guess convenient with a 24-hour ihop, a Starbucks, Taco Bell, Golden Corral, gas station, and a random, massive car wash. Although we did not use any of them. 5-7 min drive you’ll find a Costco, franchise eateries, and a Target. Staff was very kind. Property just needs work.

Came to room that was 85 degrees with a 2 month old baby. Took over 45 minutes of sweating and door open to change the temperature 5 degrees in the room. Tried to put food and water in fridge that wasn’t cool. Also took the fridge over an hour to get somewhat cool. I went to front desk and they changed room. That room was cooler only because the maintenance did an override on the air. Fridge same problem with second room. Also second room maintenance had to come out with flickering lights , change bulbs , change smoke alarm because of loud noise due to low battery. Curtains wouldn’t close completely due to them being put on wrong. I also asked front desk for a late check out at 8am and the lady was very rude to me. $150 dollars a night for 3pm check in and a 11am check out. Can’t honestly believe how things are ran at this facility to save a small amount of money. Bad experience with family and new born baby.

The sheets were stiff. They are usually not like that. They were charging for late check out. Hilton Honors members should be priority. Not very happy about that.

Initially stayed 2 nights, decided to extend. I very much appreciate the hotel and what it has to offer. Since I booked another day and had a bit of a different experience I decided to leave another review. I went swimming on the third night and there was an incident with the handicap chair not working that helps a person into the pool. The family still made the best of the situation and I’m happy they were able to have a nice time despite the hotels lack of attention to making sure the pool area is maintained. On my check out day, I decided to go swimming in the morning and knew they hadn’t cleaned the pool. There were eyelashes on the floor, hair ties, no towels, and families kept sneaking in through a side gate. Just keep an eye out on the details, as a manager - that is key.

Could be a little cleaner.

It was fine. The elevator and common area floors are not kept clean. I dont know the last time the elevators have a good cleaning. The carpet in the whole place needs replacing and the outside common areas needs a really good wash down. Other than those things, it was nice.
