Nice BUT

The house is nice and has good amenities however, there were several issues: The house did not appear to have been visited prior to our arrival...front entrance dirty, back yard, patio and furniture was disheveled and dirty (old drink stains on arms of chairs) big weeds growing and bagged dog poop left on the side of the house. The toe kick in the kitchen was falling off, dirty/used wine glasses in the cabinet and used toilet paper in the front bathroom still in the toilet. The hot tub was filthy, cloudy and had dirt? in the bottom of it. When notified the secondary "host?" responded with "so sorry" and did get hot tub maintenance over within a few hours.....that was GREAT? The only thing is that the maintenance person just walked through a side entrance without even knocking on the front door and startled everyone. He thought mgmt had notified us however, they did not prior to his arrival. Location was convenient, it would be good to have known a school was behind the house, noise not too bad but noticeable. We did enjoy the propane outdoor fireplace, the chess board and the indoor furniture was comfortable. Overall rating out of 5 is 2.5 due to cleanliness and lack of timely communication in response to voicing our concerns - other than the hot tub. We had requested consideration for the "cleaning fee" as we came in swept front and back of house, washed dirty dishes and washed off the back chairs and patio table. Never heard from anyone reqarding that consideration

Great spot!

The house was super clean and very well appointed and beautifully styled! It was close to a neighborhood park and across from a nice large field. The fire-pit and covered outdoor dining and hot tub made being home relaxing and fun. We used the house to explore bike trails, the CO National Monument and some wineries.
