Check-in I found out I had to pay for parking and breakfast was not included. Usually parking is free. Would be nice to have know this when I booked my room. I won’t be using Expedia ever again. They charged me an extra $10 for another person.. it’s crazy when you put how many people are in your party, and then they charge extras
The room 504 smelled like cigarettes The bathroom was never cleaned, bed was not made and there was someone clothing item in the closet. Talked to the front desk and they were so kind to change my room, and gave me a free meal, but I would have to pay for my daughters. The next room they put me in was 525. Smelled like cigarettes, and pets. I should have left but was 12 hours driving and needed rest. The bed was by far the worst bed we have ever slept on, you could feel the springs in the mattress that was hard and old!! Time to upgrade! The sheets had marks/stains. They did give me a free meal ticket after the complaint but I would have to pay for my daughter to eat. I didn’t want to give another dollar to that business. My husband met me there so we had to pay for two vehicles.
Just don’t go!! Spend the extra money for a clean room!! Their cleaners do not clean. The carpet is nasty, smells like animals had accidents,. Skip this hotel. The wallpaper is pealing off and bubbled. The rooms look like they were updated in the 90’s and they painted over cracks. The hall is nicer than the rooms..The rooms are dark and old!! It is not worth the money!!
