I was surprised and disappointed when I was charged for “parking.” Maybe in the big city this is OK but this is Grand Junction, CO. A small city in middle of nowhere. I feel that they are taking advantage of Expedia customers. Shame on Expedia for not warning about the upcharge. Shame on the hotel for taking advantage of their guests.

The staff was very personable and helpful. Quiet location near the regional airport, with restaurants in walking distance. The restaurant/bar attached, served a great hamburger, with live entertainment. Staff their was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Nice hotel, but they charge you $14 to park. I don’t understand why. It’s Grand Junction, not Aspen, Vail, or downtown Denver. There were vagrants milling around the parking lot when I left in the morning. If you’re going to charge for parking in an ordinary town then include it with the hotels.com price instead of posting a deceptively low price.

Meh… You get what you pay for. Overall okay if you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay. I don’t recommend the breakfast as it is overpriced and pretty lousy - just don’t do it. Pool and hot tub are spacious. Rooms are a bit dated but the overall acceptable. Staff is friendly and helpful.
