Beds were a little on the small size , but they worked out fine . Wasn’t crazy about the $14.00 parking fee either , didn’t know about it till check out . My biggest problem was the rude help in bar area , girl on Thursday night was maybe the rudest waitress/ bartender I have encountered in a while . Pretty sure the hotel makes good money from that bar , would make more if they would hire some decent help . Friday night the bar was out of pretty much all liquor, nice planning .

Disappointing

Let's start at the beginning: we check in with a desk attendant who clearly is not happy. We had 2 rooms that I booked and paid for. The first room had a small TV and view of a roof and Wendy's sign. The second had a view of a river and a big TV. The beds (full size, not queen) were ok, not great, but tolerable. The only way to plug in a phone charger was to crawl under a desk or move the night stand. The air conditioning was loud and inefficient. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was expensive and mediocre. The server was not happy having to take orders rather than just having people get the ridiculously expensive buffet. The buffet was $18.95 for what you get free at other hotels. The bathroom near the pool did not have a door on the handicap stall. The manager's reaction to all of that was "we know."

Good for a one-night stay

Older place, semi updated. Really needs the vanities replaced underneath where it is painted board. Room needed the AC turn on upon arrival and smelled strong of carpet cleaning product, but the bed was comfortable and everything needed was there. Have stayed there three or four times this was not the best room and we were given a cheaper one than what I had booked online Overnight stay for flying out early close to the airport and having Bailey's Lounge available for food and music is the Plus.

Nice hotel

An older hotel, but well kept up. Very clean and comfortable. A plus was theee was a bar and grill on the premises. Also a restaurant for breakfast. It was an extremely quiet facility.

Not so good. Ice bucket had hair inside, coffee maker was dirty, floor lamp wall plug missing (cord broken off), livingroom chair needs to be replaced. Sheets and blanket nice and clean. I will choose another hotel next trip.

Room 129

I’m going to try to be reasonable with this review given the amount I paid however my boyfriend in Room 129 and I stayed here for two days and we were very disappointed in the cleanliness, services and amenities that were available during our stay. I work as a housekeeper at a hotel and I was astonished to find the condition of the room itself being less than average. My microwave was disgusting and it appeared to not have been cleaned in some time, there was cobwebs in the windows, and I passed my finger on the headboard and pictures and there was a thick layer of dust. Everything else seemed to be ok but what irritated me was my experience when I asked for my room to be cleaned and bed made. I went to the front desk and a woman with blonde hair and a Marilyn Monroe piercing seemed to have a bit of an attitude when I asked her if stayover services were available. She asked me what stayover services were and I found that to be a little odd as if she didn’t seem to care what I was talking about. I clarified and said that some hotels offer room service and have the beds made and bathroom cleaned, she said that they normally don’t do it unless it’s an extended stay but would be happy to have it done. When I returned later that evening I found that all the housekeeper did was make the bed and replenish the towels. The toilet wasn’t cleaned etc. If you are to stay at this hotel don’t have high expectations because the staff and housekeeping don’t seem to care about you or hotel.

This was a very nice stay after a long drive, the room was a little musty, but not too bad. Very comfortable bed, but being on the ground floor made me extremely nervous, because I was traveling alone, and the window is in the parking lot with a light right over the room.
