Missing nightstand for king bed--staff clueless about it. Had to use the ironing board instead. Closet doors broken. Lobby computer inoperative. Wi fi weak/ intermittent. Surprise parking fee of $14 (forgiven due to other problems.) So-called hot tub (Expedia) is actually just a soak tub with no Jacuzzi--about as big as two bathtubs. No gratis breakfast or even coffee.

Feel very welcome my favorite hotel

I want two things when I travel-safety and cleanliness. Hotel's .com makes a room around 61 dollars plus the 14 parking fee. My room was spotless and comfortable. Perhaps not new but comfortable. They pick up people from the airport for free. The breakfast is ok. It is the same everyday. For $15. The pool is gorgeous.

The room smelled terrible and there was random hair everywhere. Service at the restaurant was slow and food mediocre at best. They make you pay for parking which is absurd as the guest especially at this location which is basically the middle of nowhere. And the pillows were so huge and impractical. Not much good to say honestly.

Our room us fine. Furnishings are a little dated. Bed seems to be comfy enough. We've stayed here over the years and it's not like it once was. A little updating would be good. Interactions with the staff have been friendly and positive.

The rooms were clean but we had to ask to move to another after we arrived because our room smelled of cigarette smoke. I was surprised to learn that we had to pay $14 a day for parking. I must have missed this when I did my research on Expedia. I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known in advance.
