Horrible service and dirty room

Honestly zero stars. Arrived late around midnight, checked in for my reservation for two rooms and had to make two separate payments in person?? Front desk gal was rude. Website says bar is open until 2am, walked in at 1210 and got a very aggressive and rude “we’re closed” from the bartender and I nicely said “oh well your website says 2” and she said “well it’s not”. Got to our room and it was filthy. Wiped down the nightstand and it was dirty, the entire carpet was covered in long white dog hair. And it was very obvious on the bright red carpet. I wanted to leave but we were exhausted from a day of driving. I thoroughly inspected the bed to make sure it was clean and thankfully the sheets appeared clean. If we weren’t in a hurry to get home I would have asked for a refund when we checked out the next morning.

Unexpected fees

Hotel website doesn’t say anything about a daily parking fee which other hotels in the same area don’t charge. Was not too happy when they requested me to pay a parking fee for the two days I stayed.

We stay at the Grand Vista every time we are in Grand Junction. Has a restaurant on site. Hotel has always been clean and well maintained. Just be aware there is a $14 per night parking fee

Cozy hotel

Cozy hotel. It was very relaxing! We were only there for one night as we were traveling through, but I would absolutely stay at the Grand Vista for a longer stay in Grand Junction!

Steph was amazingly friendly room was clean and large. I like that there was a place to eat that was good and we did not have to leave. I did not like that we had to pay for parking.

Decent Stay but Room Was Not Clean

The hotel was good for an overnight stay on the way to Denver. Parking is easy. Location is fine. Access to bar, restaurant, and pool is good. Live music and karaoke. The surfaces, tub, fridge, and ice bucket in our room were dirty, hair and debris. Fridge was very dirty, dried puddle at the bottom. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the window didn't open. I used my own cleaning wipes before we settled in.
