Very comfortable/spacious/clean rooms. Staff was super friendly. Furniture/electrical outlets need a bit upgrading & $14 per night to park is iffy but for the price it’s a great stay!

Additional parking fee and no included breakfast.

Our stay was fine; about what you would expect for the price. I was a bit irked that I thought I was getting an amazing deal, but once I arrived, I discovered that they charge an additional fee for parking. I didn’t pick up on there being anything special about the parking. It’s just a parking lot. And it’s Grand Junction, not a big city with a premium on parking. So that put the cost on par with chain hotels, but they also don’t include breakfast with your stay. That’s another $17-20/person for what looks like an average breakfast buffet that chain restaurants include with your stay. So, it’s a perfectly fine place to stay, kind of outdated and nothing special, but I feel like a chain hotel would have been a better value.

The Vip treatment was nice. Given that this was a less expensive property the Vip room was better than expected. Since the property is somewhat worn out it's understandable that the cost is low. I'll stay again.

My stay went fine, the room was comfortable and quiet. It did show signs of wear. The double pane windows were fogged in between the glass. The hotel offers 1 Tesla destination charger. I used it and discovered that some cord repairs were needed. Overall the property needs a refurbishment.

It was a quick walk back from the airport after dropping off the rental car (only 10 minutes). There are restaurants on site and near by. Perfect location for an early airplane departure.

I used to love this hotel. Stayed 3-5 days a month for several years. Had a very bad stay but didn’t let that stop me. Then the very next stay the hotel staff did illegal stuff that put me and my families life’s at great risk. The staff tonight was extremely rude and I refuse to give them another chance.

Family trip made easy

We rolled in to the hotel late, and we were greeted with kindness and respect. And the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Due to unexpected circumstances we had to extend our stay an extra day which was very easy.
