The elevator was being fixed when we got there and we were told it may not make it to the floor we were staying kn. Luckily we did. Our friends had to come down to the lobby three times before they got their key situation right. Evidently the girl that checked them in wrote it down wrong and kept blaming it on our friends - even sending up the maintenance guy.

Booked the stay because they showed a hot tub and breakfast buffet. Hot tub did not work and they had no intentions to ever repair it because it would cost thousands to fix it I was told. Then charged me $14 to park my motorcycle.(not in details) One or two nights of extra parking fees could probably fix it. The ice machine was broke on my floor. Went to the next floor and it was also. But had a sign that said to try any other floor 😂. Booked a two bed room. Obviously there is gonna be at least two people staying in it. Yep that’s an extra $10. Breakfast buffet in description didn’t see one but I’m sure it would have cost extra. Other than the extras and surprises of broken things it was a decent stay.

A decent hotel and stay, close to airport. I enjoyed the Baileys restaurant/bar onsite, with live music. Had a room with two standard queen beds. Started with one bed, but it was sinking seriously in the middle section so moved to the other one which was better. Bedding was clean. My door didn’t close fully without help, which is a safety issue. Internet functioned most of the time. I had about 30 minutes of the spinning wheel of death, trying to load webpages. Do not like the $14 per day parking fee. Front desk told me it’s “because we don’t want guests to pay taxes on that.” Huh? Another guest told me that they told him there is a parking fee because they’re an airport hotel. Housekeeper was very friendly and wished me a good day each day. Hotel could use a deep cleaning of floorboards and carpets.

The hotel room is clean and roomy. It was a good deal for the night but I was surprised by the $14 fee for parking. If you are driving through, make sure you add that into the stated cost of the room.

They surprised me with a $14 parking fee per night which was not show as part of the hotel charges. Check-in was easy and the room seems clean. The view out the sixth floor window is nice but some of the mesa is now blocked by the hotel across the river. I wish that I had chosen a place with free breakfast. WiFi is open without security ( no password).

$14/day parking fee just to park in the hotel's parking lot. Hotel was run down and not very clean. Carpet in room was threadbare. Furniture in rough shape looked like they just picked it up from a yard sale. Ordered room service, had to wait an hour and a half for my food, and when it arrived it was cold and missing part of my order. I won't be staying here again.
