Outdated and neglected

This place is a dump, but at the upper end of the dump scale. If you can afford a better place, then don’t stay here. Our toilet didn’t work, the air conditioner was doing something, but it wasn’t cooling the room, the room had a strong odor, many items showed a lot of wear (like peeling paint), I had to wait 15 minutes to check in even though the only customer in front of me was the one checking in when I arrived, they charge $5 for parking even though it isn’t in a dense area, and the free breakfast was maybe the worst I’ve ever had.

Underwhelming and overpriced

Super 8 quality at Holiday Inn Express pricing. Inside the room was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The outside looks like an old bowling alley, they charge $5/day to park in a mostly empty lot, the air conditioner sounded like a train, and the public areas outside the lobby were in poor shape. It was fine for a one night stopover, but there are much better options in the area. The pool tables are also coin operated, so make sure you have quarters if you're interested in a game.

Meets Needs

This hotel is a larger facility than it first appears and has more amenities than most. (pool tables; great pool) The decor needs updating but is functional. The room was very comfortable and all of the items worked.(refrigerator, air conditioner, toilet and shower, etc.) I had a pleasant stay.

I think it was fairly clean but hard to tell due to the fact that the room was very dated. The towels were kind of greyed, the toilet flushed continuously and the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was available but we did not partake because it was a walk or drive to another annex of the building. The staff at check in were pleasant.

Check in took awhile, but not fault of staff, had technical issues and lots of people showed up at same time. Kids loved the pool and entertainment area. Comfortable room very close to highway so very convenient for getting around. Would stay there again

Wait for a clean room to be given a dirty room.

After 11 hr drive. We couldnt check in because no rooms clean. 3 to 4 hrs later. Get put in a room that wasnt even cleaned
