Room was clean, but had a bad odor. .booked non-smoking room but wasn't aware I was in a Pet friendly Zone...quite a bit of barking going on which interferes with down time..Wish front desk would have mentioned this upon check in so I could have opted for a different room location..Upon trying to resolve an issue which occurred during my stay, the General Manager was condescending, extremely rude, and very argumentative, to the point where I thought she was calling me a liar..when presented with the evidence she stated "you can't prove that that happened here".. I would assume that the role of a hospitality manager should be of service to the guests... resolve any issues that might arise .. when I asked for her name and her business card she pointed to the end of the counter and said the cards are over there. needless to say she would not give me her name which was not on the cards nor the issue resolved

The temp outsude was 99 and indude tge room was 86 . The littke fridge dudnt wirk we couldnt keep iur drinks cool. We let the front desk kniw and they admitted that they turn the indivifual cooling unut iff to save energy. How ever we turned it on and it bever cool the room diwn because it diesnt witk

Comfortable and quiet

The hotel is very comfortable with in-room amenities and a very nice inner courtyard with pool tables and areas to sit and relax or visit. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Very nice hotel!

Very nice hotel, good hot breakfast! Both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs! The bed was a little too firm for my husband and I, but otherwise we had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly!

I have stayed her many times. This time was by far the worst. Called prior to stay and asked for rooms close to my travel companion, they were not close. First room was at least 85 degrees. Asked staff to move me, they were extremely rude about it. Finally was moved to another room, stains on carpet, tv didn’t work and blow dryer was missing. All fixable things but the attitude of the staff and the inconvenience combo made for a terrible stay. Hoping it was a one off as I’ve always enjoyed this hotel.

Great stay here. Property is well maintained. We enjoyed playing pool and swimming indoors while a rain storm passed through. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. We were pleased to see some warm food options. I absolutely would stay here again.

Good breakfast, internet access, comfortable bed, close to airport. We did get complementary airport shuttle. The shuttle was very rundown. But it got us there safely!

The breakfast quality has declined since I stayed here last year. The eggs were lousy and the potatoes were dried out. Please go back to the quality breakfast you had last year.
