I was in room 203, and I had to turn down the thermostat so the heat would not kick on, because the unit was loud and sounded like it was vibrating when the heat would kick on. The sheets were not as soft as in the past.

All was good except when I called the front desk to ask for help in quieting some very noisy guests - yelling and running in the hallway - and my concern was dismissed. I was basically told, tough. "We have lots of high school students in the hotel and they need time to settle in." No apology. Just, tough. Really poor customer service.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There are two reasons I didn't rate this hotel 5 stars: one, there was a yappy dog barking continuously on the second floor, and two, the breakfast was just average.

Very clean but my back is still hurting from the bed that was probably 10 years old. We stayed here 3 years ago and they haven't upgraded anything. Carpets are stained but clean. Invest some of that wealth owners
