Booking here I know I’m not staying at the ritz so I’ll start there. From start to finish, I arrive and go to use the toilet and it looks like it wasn’t flushed. I later realize it’s because it was clogged. Next, I leave to get dinner and come back looking forward to a shower and the shower water pressure was so low it was like a sink faucet set to a low setting. During the shower I’m mid hair wash and realize the conditioner provided by the property is completely empty. After my shower I try to turn on the tv and it doesn’t turn on at all. The bed looked like it was not clean. The chair for the desk was ripped in the cushion and looked like it had been scribbled on by a pen and filthy. Again, I know I’m not staying at a 5 star hotel, but at the very least I hope for functional plumbing, working amenities that are included, and a clean place to land.

The location is walking distance to restaurants which was nice. The rooms need upgrading and a deep cleaning. The carpets need to be replaced.

Room wasn’t cleaned well, furnishings need to be cleaned better and under bed vacuumed better, food crumbs from previous guests. It took a long time for the room to get cold, heater button labels missing so you have to guess on how to operate it. Housekeeping came knocking at 8am, then again after 9am. Make sure to use the locks on the door, cause she tried to enter the room even after we told her we were still there. I had to tell her to stop knocking and that we would leave ay checkout. I do not appreciate the knocking and intrusion. If you find parking don’t leave, cause you will not find another parking spot on the premises.

We were asleep in our room when a hotel worker attempted to open our door without knocking. This was extremely alarming and unacceptable. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, the worker stated they were “checking rooms because a key had been dropped off.” However, the key cards clearly have room numbers printed on them, making this explanation concerning and illogical. Our family did not feel safe after this incident, and we made the decision to leave. Guest safety and privacy should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard.

Location to downtown is perfect for walking and exploring. The rooms are clean and perfect for sleeping in. The hotel is very quiet and safe. Lots of light in the parking lot. Will stay again. Great budget friendly hotel.
