The staff were amazingly helpful and the property location is perfect for a few days in Hollywood and walking distance to hollywood blvd and market for supplies.

Great hotel with the whole process from check in to check out easy and hassle free
My only complaint is some of the staff at the rooftop bar, we had two really rude staff members who when asked if a table could be cleared of dirty glasses from prior guests so we could sit there looked at us as if we had asked them to run a marathon with no shoes.
This was made up by the evening staff who were absolutely fabulous
