The hotel is just recently completed. The room was beautiful, the location was perfect and the staff was amazing (especially Rudi!). If you're coming to Berat, this should be your first choice.

The check-in staff was very helpful. Helped us park our car in the back lot. Breakfast was good. Lovely hotel and very convenient and short walk to the historic part of the city. Room was lovely and very clean. We were only there one night but wished we had stayed longer.

Wonderful hotel and an excellent value for money, the staff was very welcoming and professional, the room was huge and spacious, very clean, high ceiling and very spacious bathroom, it seemed like a suite. It was a pity we just stayed for 1 night, but it was totally worth it. The only aspect to improve is the Breakfast service being served on a sister property on the back of the hotel, it is a very short distance and easy to reach, it's just the expectation of having breakfast onsite and in the end you need to go out of the hotel. Just a suggestion for the staff to inform it beforehand and in the future the ideal would be to have a specific breakfast area inside the hotel itself. Otherwise, totally recommend this hotel, is the best value for money in Berat and the city is beautiful

Very newly renovated place with tasteful deco. Service was excellent and breakfast was simple. Felt that it was certainly value for money and we will definitely recommend this place as the best stay in Berat.
